Otherwise, I just break the deck down into 2 or 3 piles and mash them together pile by pile. A little unwieldy at first, but you'd be surprised at how fast a deck just a few turns in with ramping, tutoring, drawing, etc. From there, I can do a regular mashing of the deck.
