I dont see the settings … Web6.5k LoD disc here, VuhDo has a function that shows remaining bubble health as a border for the icon that gets smaller as the bubble is damaged. Fairly handy. You can do the same thing with the Grid and Healbot addons but after using all three I've set on VuhDo being the best overall while Grid/Clique can be more beneficial for specific fights.

As a priest, in mine they appear blue, as if they were magic, so a class like a Druid and a Shaman, who doesn't dispell magic by defaul, aren't showed as such. And as you said, to add a debuff you only have to write the exact name of the debuff (Make sure to pick a color to know it's a custom debuff). Warmane.
