WebAt a certain point in the game I found that scythes do minimum damage to bosses compared to most other weapon types. They are great for mobs but lackluster on bosses. At 40 Dex and 30 str pontif only has 10 more AR then the great scythe. The only other difference is that the great scythe can be buffed while pontiff can only be buffed with frost.
