We place emphasis on partnership working that cuts across disciplinary, professional and organisational boundaries. WebYou continue your studies and complete a 60 credit master’s level dissertation module leading to an MSc Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (School Nursing). This is undertaken as one year part-time or six months full time study after SCPHN (SN) registration with the NMC. It must be completed within five years of commencing the programme.
WebThe overall aim of this unit is to enable SCPHN registrants to achieve the knowledge, skills and competencies to practise safely and effectively in an additional field of SCPHN practice in line with NMC (2006) guidance. Students can undertake this placement-based unit from ten weeks full-time to one year part-time. Credits: 20 credits at level 6 WebTo register as a SCPHN, you first need to register as a nurse or midwife. Your university will send us your details at the end of your course.
