WebTLDR; NEW LIGHT changed some of the old forsaken "story line" the Key of Light and Darkness quest was to unlock the dreaming city and then the Wish ender bow. Now just delete that quest and go and speak to Petra Venja on the Dreaming City and you'll get the quest for the bow from her. Cheers! This is great!
