The Birth Reflections Service is a confidential service run by midwives which gives you the support and opportunity to discuss and understand what happened during the birth of your baby. One-to-one sessions currently run on a Saturday. For an appointment please call us on 01603 287334. WebBirth, Death & Marriage Records. Certified copies of birth, death, and marriage records may be obtained in person during regular business hours, by mail, or may be requested online**. The fee is $10 per certified copy.
